The delicious dishes served to our guests are the result of produce that comes from a surprisingly large and varied vegetables garden, or – for ingredients that we cannot produce – from carefully selected suppliers who satisfy our rigorous quality and organic controls. This translates into a very healthy cuisine, traditional and contemporary at the same time.

The Organic Garden
The jewel in our farm-to-table crown is the Organic Garden; a hidden gem just behind the main lodge and very much at the heart of life at Sirikoi. Our unique climate allows us to grow an array of fruits and vegetables all year round. Fed by a mountain spring, and ripened under equatorial sunshine, the garden provides the lodge with a constant supply of fresh produce, from crisp vegetables and fragrant herbs to sweet, sun-warmed fruit. It also gives us the beautiful flowers that welcome guests into their rooms and bring colour to the lodge’s shared spaces.

The farm-to-table dining experience at Sirikoi is exceptional. A visit to our organic garden transforms the way you see each meal, a connection that becomes clear from the very first bite. Colourful, fresh, simple but elegant home-styled cooking is served alfresco, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wilderness. More than 80 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and herbs from the garden make up much of the fresh produce on your plate.
